The noise pollution at suite 815 was deafening. Verified, I received a room transfer for the remaining 3 nights. YET, it was the only hotel I had ever stayed in (I’m a heavy traveller) that I had to write an email for a full refund for the 1st night. GM Sandy Ng had said, “Your refund request is put under review. It is in the queue system.” ?? ; There was no misunderstanding, pure playing of games.

On behalf of Mr. Gideon and a group of 21 kosher guests who just had an experience at Fraser Suite - Hanoi for 2 nights, we have the following comments for the hotel: - About the room: Everything was arranged very well and the group had unforgettable moments of rest at the hotel. Thank you Ms Phuong Hoang for thoughtfully preparing everything as requested - About breakfast and restaurant: Because the kosher group's diet is quite strict and meticulous, it is very difficult for any hotel to meet and satisfy all guests, but Fraser Suite did. Yes and thank Ms. Ngan for supporting everything according to the group's requirements to bring the best experience - About transportation and other services: The hotel is located in an airy location, moving to the center is very convenient, you can walk past Chabad Hanoi restaurant in just about 8 minutes walk. Other amenities such as the prayer room were also arranged by the staff to be visited upon check-in, so the group felt extremely comfortable and secure. We will definitely choose Fraser Suite for our next visit to Hanoi.

We actually came back after our previous stay, the hotel is very clean and beautiful, the staff take care of guests very carefully, meticulously and thoughtfully. Dinner at Chicken Soicety restaurant once again did not disappoint us, the food was thoughtfully prepared, we were asked questions about the food and had fun conversation with Quân. The madam name Hue is always cheerful and smiling even though I see that the restaurant is quite crowded. Everything was wonderful and I will definitely come back when I have the chance.

The entire staff is professional, polite, and kind. (Ashley --Ha Ngg-- was fantastic and did everything to make our stay amazing - no matter how big or small. Thank you!!!) This hotel is a great place to stay when you need some creature comfort away from the Old Town. Nice rooftop pool and bar. Close to good restaurants. The rooms are clean and modern.
